Give Where You Live is Sweet Grass Community Foundation's annual community-wide fundraiser which takes place throughout the month of September. It's an effective way to support the community organizations you care about, with a match fund that makes your gift go even further!
The funds from Give Where You Live made a huge impact for our program. We are able to provide respite care financial assistance for patients/families for five days or more. We also continue to provide resources and books at our grief corner in the library. Thank you so much for all you do!
